none different from those I've expressed in the past: there's no reason for its existence and therefore the price of the stock is what it is ($.04) only because market makers say it's worth that.

As is usually the case with a lot of these SEC enforcement actions Stockett (if the SEC finds wrongdoing) may cop a plea by accepting some sanctions without admitting or denying guilt, i e a consent decree of some sort.

But as is frequently the case with malfeasors he may pop up somewhere else with some other activity and unless the public gets the word on the past enforcement actions taken by Oregon, California, the SEC previously and now this case, he may still make some money from the naive and ill-informed.

The real question is what becomes of the karate schools and the outfits in Montana and Wyoming that he bought with stock (I think that's how he did it - haven't checked his news releases lately).

But all of the above is pure opinion and speculation on my part in any event.
