Like I said, Bill and Hill backed off but not until they made the ultimate insiders trade. Congress wasn't involved, it was going to be an executive order.

Just read where Bill signed another Executive Order allowing the feds to monitor your internet use and hard drive. Like the feds tapping into SI and looking to see what sites you have clicked into and what you have bought over the net. 1984?
