About 2 months ago, and it depended on certain chart scenarios and patterns playing out. The move from the low to almost 11,000 put it into question for the near future. Since then, I have been mentioning that the long term downtrends need to be watched, and today they broke which means 8000 is out for now. What we just saw was bullish and should be treated as such for now.
