Fred, let me give you my interpretation of what the Lord means by this.I feel the Lord could say 'shazam' and restore you to mint condition; in every area of your life, including your finances. But this is not meant to be; and God has not given you a reason for this. What I do feel is that he is calling you to action; to put your faith into action; by asking you to pick up thy bed and walk. By saying to you believe that it is thou, I feel that the Lord is saying he will send counsel unto you. He will be leading you every step of the way. He has taken over personally ; your recovery and your restoration.
Fred , remember God's restoration is ALWAYS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL STATE. Praise him, let every breath be a testimony of his faithfulness to a 1000 generations. He will be sending you counsel; believe that it is Him.
