I do not know who are the bad guys and who are the good guys. I have called some agenies and I have done some verification on the upcoming closing. Now this means some will have about 10 days to discredit this acquistion as a scam. Ok here is one little scenario I have nip in the bud. The Santa Maria Mine is coming into Orex and is under the name of Donald Blackburn with World Vanadium. Now some have made a reference to this site ... santasmrr.com This has nothing what so ever to do with Orex. There is a site map on this site with 4 mines lists that they are suppose to have under their corporation. They are right in the area of the Santa Maria Mine but they do not have Santa Maria nor the D & H Mine shown on the site map. Btw the way the address for this site is out of Las Vegas and a drop mail box address with 200 boxes. I have not confirmed this but hey no reason to because they are not showing the assets coming into Orex. Now these mines coming into Orex are suppose to have FMC reports and something Energy reports also. So I will await the worthless mine scenario and deal with it when it comes. I am asking for the reports on these mines but I have not had much lick getting them. LOL .. I ask for everything I can get when I do research on a stock. In the meantime I do as I have always done and do research myself and willing post it for those that want to know what I am finding out. I am not posting my research to run this stock, pump this stock or in anyway manipulate this stock. Just sharing research as a private non compensated investor. Glad they missed that payment ... saved me from OCRing the registrations of the two private companies. :-) GB
