Felch had a $$$$$ motive?

FALCON: Did the decision to terminate Mr. Delfino come before or after Mr. Delfino met with the company's patent lawyers and refused to join his patent with that of Ms. Felch?
HIBBS: I know absolutely nothing about that, so it was totally independent of that.
FALCON: Do you think that the fact that Sue Felch could not get the -- Mike Delfino to join in her patent had anything to do with the fact that she made accusations against Mr. Delfino --
HIBBS: At --
FALCON: -- that apparently have been corroborated by only one witness, her co-worker Juanita Sonico?
POPPE: Objection; that misstates testimony and --
FALCON: If there has been any corroboration other than that, I'd like to know what it is.
POPPE: Well, you -- Jim Fair also testified that he also witnessed an incidence of that.
HIBBS: My answer to that is absolutely not. I don't believe that had anything to do with it.
FALCON: So you don't believe she had any motive to retaliate against Mr. Delfino?
HIBBS: No, I do not.
