There may be more here than meets the eye. There was no prior warning which wall street would come to expect from a conpany this size. Also how much of employee compensation is in the form of options. This means that there will be massive repricing of options and/or employee turnover.
Lots of unhappiness and uncertainty here, and there are probably many small investor and company shareholders who will have to sell to take the tax losses. Who will step up to the plate to buy this stock? Not the funds and not the individual shareholders for awhile.
ON top of that the stock may drop to a non marginable level as well. I see more pain ahead.
