So Quantum priced 4 million shares at $2.50.. A steep discount to current market price..

On one hand, it gives them more than enough cash to carry them through 2015, IMO..

On the other hand, it provides the shorts a chance to cover their positions without being squeezed.. (1.8 million short shares as of last month).

Now Quantum has to rely upon revenue growth and show that they are making some good sales numbers to support their stock price.

If there is more good news announcements (since they are stating that they expect even more business in the 4th quarter that will increase their backlog by another $3 million)

The company had also said that its product backlog was anticipated to increase during the fourth quarter by approximately $3 million to $17.8 million, and that it sees strong overall revenue growth in 2015.
