Ben, a couple of quick Q's. Is the Thinkology software the same as the Critical Thinking software that was to be released in Fall 1996, then January 1997, then begin marketing the first few parts of the 5 part series in early 1997? Why the $1mm joint venture when you just completed the $1.2mm preferred stock placement? What's new with Chuck Carlson's Dallas Advance Technology Group? Are you still on track for $2mm revenues this year? BML
