Two directors appointed Atlanta Gold Corporation AAG Shares issued 17,981,679 Feb 12 close $0.63 Thu 13 Feb 97 News Release Also Voisey Bay Resources Inc (VSY) Mr Hermann Derbuch reports Mr Robert L. Shirriff and Mr William Robert Dengler have been appointed to the boards of directors of Atlanta Gold and Voisey Bay Resources, respectively. Mr Shirriff is chairman of Fasken Campbell Godfrey, a multi-service law firm providing a full range of legal services to regional, national and international clients. He has over 30 years' experience in the field of commercial and corporate law. He is currently a director of a number of companies operating in Canada and internationally. Mr Dengler is chairman and CEO of Dynatec International, the parent company of the Dynatec and Tonto group of companies.
