DS - I like your idea of dollar-cost averaging on market weakness below the March 11, 2003 levels. It makes a lot of sense. Such an approach could be enhanced by skewing the amounts invested each time so that more is invested for periods where the market has declined a greater percentage from the March 11 closing level.
