Hi Mark...Yep, recent addition of necessary equipment is a must. I've spent a part of my past existence working in factories. I've used brand new equipment in some but also used "relics" in others. The one thing I learned was a company could save lots of *initial* money by not updating the equipment but in the long run the scrap rate ate them alive. Sometimes we could get away with a sloppy tolerance. But if you tried to pawn it off on the customer it would just come back to be scrapped or re-worked costing more $$ plus the freight on top of it.

Now what does this have to do will a "potential" gold mine???

Well...if IPM keeps the present equipment for production, it relates to the scrap rate of other machinery. If you can crush the material into smaller size and then extract more of the product, why would you want to use the present equipment at a *initial* cost & time savings, and throw away potential product. Like you stated.. this 'could' add 10's of millions to the balance sheet. I say, buy the equipment, and get it a "thump'in". A couple of weeks longer isn't going to hurt. IMO

John
