I am running W98 and my Word 97 has no problems. The "required file" BR_SRVC.dll is not on my machine, so it is not likely from the core file set of Windows 98 or from the Word installation. I guess it could be a driver file for your printer, but it seems strange that would keep you from saving files.

I guess that's not worth a 20+, but I'll settle for a 10. <ggg>
