Hey dgeatcaviar, thanks for the Vegas tips. And Friday night I WILL be eating caviar. One very large company that I represent in W Canada has a big reception.

The last 3 years, in addition to all the other food, they have, off in one corner, a large table with 5 Russian vodkas frozen into blocks of ice, and tubs, seriously, small tubs of Beluga Caviar, and various little cracker or bread thingees to put it on.

I head straight for that table, then weave my way outta the place, a couple hours later. <burp> ;-)))
