Interesting project...I hadn't heard of Lomborg previously.

The ROI prioritization of global problems is both promising and deeply problematic.
What algorithms would one use to make the decision for funding ratios, not to mention the means to measure efficiencies of application and hierarchy of need?

Still, even flawed, the project is raising discussion and awareness, which is encouraging in an age when our richest people act less like robber barons and more like philanthropists.
