I spoke to her (Sophia Belinski) USHO again after the close yesterday because some basher name Jacksht on RB says the company is defunct and they can not even pay the Web designer to update their web site. She told me their is no truth to that story. She said the site has never been fully functional. She said they are having Y2k problems that they are addressing right now and once those issues are resolved they will be updating the web site. Y2k problems? I didn't ask what kind of problems. I am skeptical of the Y2K issue. I even asked again about revenue for next year. She told me they are progressing right along and nothing has changed since the last filing. All of the earnings will be reported in the next filings. They will report $45 million in revenue. There is only one contract that has not been renewed and that is in the last 10Q. Otherwise, all of the other contracts have been renewed. CDNO, what is the latest on the reverse merger? I am still holding 100k.
