Obviously Semco has contracts. No one is doubting that. At issue is whether the PRs are accurate, a criteria for which is timeliness, as in "new", which is why they call it "news"... as opposed to a rehashing of Semco contracts from the past year in a effort to pump up the stock price. But, of course, all this is meaningless "pending SEC approval", which is really issue #1.
