As I understand it, the deal is mostly "circled", which means that it is suscribed to. The pricing is to be done today or tomorrow, and I suppose someone could back out if it is too rich, in their opinion. Then, H&Q and the other underwriter(s) would have to scramble to replace that investor or sell fewer shares. Hope they have gotten quality investors (i. e. mutual funds, institutions, etc.) rather than quick turn hedge funds, etc. If the investors are not quality, then we could see some volatility.
