It seems that the cowboy sheriff is dissociating his righteous zeal in patriotic support for U.S. troops in Iraq to abuse people who really are not the Saddam Hussein style enemy.

As if he wants to kill these m**f**ers under his total control in place of his impotence and practical inability to shoot raghead m**f**ers over there.

He appears to be the type of individual who enjoys witnessing and causing human suffering, and even death.
