This is exactly what concerns me when I made references to Pink and Copland in my last post. I think that the previous unfinished OS attempts were due to Apple's attempt to pack too many features in the OS. This got to a point where they lost focus of what they were trying to do.

Microsoft seems to have no trouble with this, because they just release new versions for people to accept. And accept they do. The public will hungrily take what's put in front of them. Upgrade to Win 95? No problem. Win 97? Well, Okay, but I just got everyone in my company on Win95! Win 98 Hmmm sounds good...

Let's just get Rahpsody out on time and upgrade as needed.
