I oppose all encroachment.

I oppose considering people freely acting and harming no one to be an encroachment that must or should be opposed. I oppose all encroachment, but none is happening here.

Before you argued that it was by suggesting that encroachment was neutral, if it is then there isn't any point in opposing all encroachment. This is expansion not encroachment. I don't oppose all expansion.
