Haven't done that one yet. I'm paranoid about the push button and read the confirmation carefully before finalizing the order.

A worse one is I persuaded my father in law to buy citicorp some years ago (less than 10) at 7 dollars a share.
The stock had to go up or to bankrupt. The obvious call is buy long. He did.
The broker got the order and sent him the confirmation. My father in law just filed the reply. A couple of years ago (when the stock was about 160 a share) he went to sell. The broker typed the symbol wrong. The stock he bought was a dog. There was nothing he could do.
Oh well
