This thread of discussion goes back to AMD vs. INTC, but that wasn't what we were talking about in this context. You combine two opposed questions with a single qualifier in one sentence... cheap debate tactics.

Really? When has this insurgency done that? Answer it hasn't. Hit and run, usually by a handful of individuals, but sometimes by a few dozen, isn't a sustained offense.


You don't think "they have sustained an offensive"? We've got one kid dying, on average, every day. About the same for 2 years... maybe increasing a bit. 12,000 kids maimed... I say that's sustained...

Maybe if it was your kid you would see it different.
