Youth, vigor and exuberance against experience, logic and deliberative thinking. I'll take Thompson. Obama opposed the war and the troops. Thompson did not. Obama opposed Roe and partial birth. Thompson did not. Obama wants immediate cap on emissions (global warming). Thompson does not. Obama wants govt paid health care (your and my tax dollars). Thompson does not. Obama wants no hard questions asked re Iran. Thompson does. They both agree on retaining a military option for Iran. And finally, There are no celebrity VP candidates like Oprah running on the Thompson ticket. plus, my wife tells me that age and treachery win out over youth and beauty each and every time. :-)
