richard, to contine.. some folks think that travellers is
a great influence because they are professional investors.
lets clear the air for all investors. all companies are
controlled by the largest investors . who controls the
board allways controls any company. investors really have
no say as to who or what these people are. they are there,
and have the power. so to me, i prefer a disinterested,
professional, direction mineded , thinking prominent
investor. travleers.
travellers and keith have joined forces to move prln foward.
now this does not mean they guarantee the stock price. this
means they provide direction that some like, others dislike.
i have seen many companies where big stock holders sell at low
prices in power fights. they will not have big stakes with out the
control babish was one of them . he lost control so he sold his
shares and kept the warrents. pride is big time thinking
in their level of thought.
now remember, the market is down about 10%, big time margin
calls going on.. folks are selling stocks to meet margin
that means that prln is a cash buy stock..not good for
margin pourposes. so, some folks sell it fast.
folks do not care how good or bad a compnay stock is, they
want to raise cash, fast. so prln is sold fast.
so who is selling? the fans of babish and koch. thats okay.
who is buying? those who see the future.
just remember, in general terms.. if things were as bad as
some portray for us as a group..then there would be no
buyers and we would be seeing 30 cents or less as a stock price.
the fact that last week folks could get out at a buck as a
low level indicates to me, tremendous support hidden away,
someplace.
hope i have helped in the thinking proceess now others can have
different thought, they may be right. i may be right.
i hope i wrote these notes for conversation , and to give my
thoughts.
now remeber, we are not buying or selling for others. we are
just talking to each others as small investors watching a
stock we are interested in move down and maybe up in price.
i stil believe the focus is new appointments and product
sales in the market place.
so i forget about power plays and look for stock price, and volume
as indicators .thats fundamental. |
