<god, i love this game!> that's really why we keep at. i see Richard Russell in his 70s writing stuff with a fire and passion like he was in his 30s. i read Soros biography and it comes out powerfully that the underlying drive was the "love of the game"(but the first driving motivation was the experience of being a hungrarian Jew in England at age of 17, penniless and lost in a strange land and having come from an affluent background, his time of being penniless left him with total terror of the knowledge of what it is to busted, without anything) .
It is a mental process the keeps those brain cells alive and young. Plus as Soros says it TEACHES humility and wisdom, because if you don't get that you are going to be wiped out at some point.
Plus with Soros he actually gets joy in giving away money.
