Rob, Very well put. That is exactly my position. I am just a shareholder with a significant position and therefore am restricted from selling at any point without first filing with the proper authorities. While my personal investment strategy is personal, I dont mind telling you that I have no specific plans to sell, But certainly when it is time and I feel like selling some, I dont want to go through a couple weeks of hoop jumping with legal documents. This way, I am ready at a moments notice, like you said, thinking ahead and filing first.
Thank you for understanding .
To everyone else:
To clarify some mistakes in Joey two cents message from earlier. Bloomberg did not say that an insider had sold, it said an insider had filed with intentions to sell, big difference. It was not 150,000 shares it was 140,000 shares. It was filed on that date, not sold on that date. Joey, I appreciate your helping out and providing new information to the forum, But the inaccuracy of your comments caused much confusion. On the other hand, it is good to see that you and others care enough to check insider reporting and back up materials to be well informed. Well done.
I will be commenting no further on this subject, as I have explained it thoroughly. My position has always been a positive one and I would only do things in the best interest of the company.
