To both Anthony and Juan, I am a retired chemical industry executive living 175 miles from LA, I will try to make it to the Fuels meeting to check out PEC. From what I have been able to determine so far the fuel has been tested, and the real question is the cost to produce it. I am not sure what it is, but if they have tested it, and they aren't making it, then somebody else is making it. If somebody else is already making it, I doubt the strength of any license or patents. PEC may end up developing a market for someone else, because they won't keep the present producers out of the marketplace. If PEC has to pilot plant and then build a full scale facility, my early estimate is that it may be 4 - 5 years before the first dollar is turned in sales, with profit coming 2+ years later, particularly if they are using new exotic technology. As to all of the shorts and their trades, I have owned, and own, many true high tech stocks, and I don't believe that I have ever encountered so much 'playing' with a stock price as in KNIC, I still own over 1000 shares (with a big loss), but if it pops after this meeting I will have to consider moving on for more fruitful ground, unless I am highly impressed.
