Kerry would have killed Osama at Tora Bora. Proof is his reaction to the news when it happened. He would have not called a cease fire. Hew would have gone in for the kill.

One gets the feeling Bush wants OBL alive. Something weird about that Bush-Bin Lauden relationship.
