To me they're suggestions ... example: "Consider Buy" ... to me implies one may wish to consider buying said security. It is not a command, each trader needs to do his/her own due diligence. One cannot trade blindly and/or recklessly if they expect to survive. Because that sort of blind trading is nothing more than gambling in my opinion.
