Besides, Deans loss in Iowa wasn't all bad news for people who oppose Bush. There was a huge turnout and dems voted to defeat Bush, which was the Kerry vote. Factionalization among the electorate is something that happens constantly in the republican party in my state CA. Its the easiest way to lose an election and the dems play it to the hilt constantly. If Dean really is unelectable, (which I never bought btw)- the best thing for Dean supporters is that somebody who is electable co-opts the Dean message.
