Mike,

Remember that the asking price it what the market maker is fishing for. The bid price shows where the stock really is. You can often buy below the asking price if you are patient and not willing to chase when you are buying.
LGOV is not going through the roof immediately. As I see it could be an excellent long term play, these situations are difficult to assess.
