I'm not sure about earlier versions, but if you have IE 6.0 the place to look for cookies control is in Internet Options. You can get to that from the Control Panel, or from the Tools menu in IE. Click on the Privacy tab. If set at Default, you can set a sliding scale to enable or disable cookies at various levels. The Advanced tab gives you direct control over some things. At the bottom is an Edit button that takes you into an area where you can enable or disable cookies from certain web sites, regardless of your global settings.
