I have never seen a stock rated "Sell" on the day it IPO'ed before: Mon, 26 Jul 1999, 8:04am EDT Freeserve Named 'Sell' at Credit Lyonnais London, July 26 (Bloomberg Data) -- Freeserve Plc (FRE LN) was named ''sell'' by analysts Peter Wyatt and Paul Smiddy at Credit Lyonnais. The analysts consider Freeserve to be valued on a premium to its U.S. counterpar ts. The recommendation was issued July 23.
