grantsi .. if your e-mail program is Outlook Express, Outlook 97/98, Netscape Messenger, Eudora, Pegasus or (soon) Lotus Notes, then you can use XMail - I believe that covers about 95% of the non web-based e-mail programs out there. Basically, XMail attaches itself to one of the above-mentioned programs and yes, the person you're sending it to must have the program in order to decrypt the message and file attachment. As the launch dates approaches, I'll get more into the mechanics of how this will happen.
