After all, why should Europe and the Mid East have a monopoly on terrorism when there is plenty to go around. We should also be following your lead on the death penalty since this might give the impression that terrorist are not welcome. Just because a crime was committed on our soil and against us does not give us the right to use our laws to prosecute him. If he is put to death by the U.S. government then he will no longer be entitled to his 72 virgins. (hell, I would be happy for just one) This would then infuriate the rest of the muslim world thereby making them hate us more. We wouldn't want to affend the muslims now would we.
