"Nobody every said Iraq never had any shells."

Read the data, Iraq claimed not to have any shells capable of being loaded with chemical agents, although the UN believes that Iraq still has around 11,000 of these shells that are unaccounted for. These shells are against UN provisions dating back to '91 and are material breeches in and off themselves, although this quantity is probably too small to go to war over by itself.

Ah, the smell of tank fumes in the morning, what a pleasant sight it will be!
