Jaguar Mining rollback 2014-05-01 16:58 MT - Rollback This clarification is provided further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated April 30, 2014. In connection with the implementation of its amended and restated plan of compromise and arrangement pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) on April 22, 2014, the common shares of Jaguar that existed immediately prior to the implementation of the plan were consolidated at a ratio of one postconsolidation common share for each 86.39636 preconsolidation common shares. The common shares of Jaguar will trade on the exchange on a postconsolidated basis. For further information on the plan, please consult the company's profile on SEDAR. The information provided in the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated April 30, 2014, remains accurate. Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated May 1, 2014, effective at the open on Friday, May 2, 2014, trading in the shares of the company will resume.
