Some of us like AOL. Many rather computer literate types stick with AOL, especially those with children. The typical consumer wants something easy and simple to use--like the cell phone user, who finds Nokia's whistles and bells too complex to actually use. They aren't techies and don't care about the intracies of computers. For them there is no reason to "graduate" to a "real ISP."
