<Have you ever tried to get e-mail answers from Datek? They don't even answer your e-mails if you are asking them to open a new account with them...> Never try to contact Datek but due to the extreme accuracy and promptness I have no complaint so far. Yes I tried to contact AMTD and Nat' Discount but they maintain I am wrong and they are right so they pocket the gains when computer glitches happened or I have to pay if errors caused loss. So fed up w/ both of them, I have to leave them SOON. I don't want to put down AMTD since I do not long nor short, but as one of the first customers since EBroker I am really fed up.
