Huh? "Day also harassed Felch when they both worked at Varian. One incident occurred on August 12, 1997, after Felch had complained about Delfino's using profanity toward her. [Resp. App. I at 40:6.] Day sent an email to Zdasiuk (her supervisor) complaining that Felch had interrupted a meeting between Day, Delfino, and another colleague. [App. IX at 2664.] Day characterized this interruption as "harassment," accused Felch of "behaving very irrationally and unprofessionally," and claimed that she was "concerned for [her] own personal safety since [Felch] is behaving strangely." [Id.] Delfino wrote similarly inflammatory emails to Zdasiuk and copied Day on them for no apparent reason other than their close personal association and their partnership in the harassment of Felch and Zdasiuk.
