Hi Gerpol,
Who exactly doles out this corporate welfare ? Ballard comes to mind. They don't get unless the government of the day gives. So who is the real culprit.

By the way I agree 100% that we shouldn't have this situation but you need to place blame on ALL parties not just the 'evil' corporations. Government 'scrutiny' doesn't seem to carry much weight does it ? cf: Auditor General's impotency.
