I got into the 10k-a last night. Contracts with Osprey Partners, lease arrangements, OSU mapping dept. agreement and contracts with various significant corporate personalities.
It bears mentioning that Mr. Osterwise receives a substantial bonus should certain revenues be accomplished and the stock trades at 8.00 or above for 22 consecutive days in 1997, 15.00 in 1998, and 20.00 in 1998. 300,000 options excercisable @ 3.00 will be vested yearly in 100,000 increments. Base salary starts at 180,000/yr goes to 225,000 in '98 and 250,000 in '99.
There is no mention of the OGC/IPT conclusions at the ESRI website. As the industry leader in things GIS, I find this curious; maybe the importance has been over emphasized. There is, however, mention of the development of ESRI's spatial database engine software to make it compatible with the Microsoft SQL server. I wonder if this involves Sedona product? What do you think, Mike? (you seem to know all these people...personally--do they send you cards and gifts on your birthday?)
Earnings are due out on the 15th. Hopefully we'll see a pick-up in sales. |
