TopFuel, none of my search engines got me to the SEC document describing that PP, maybe because of a name change or something like that. I read on this thread that it is floorless, I asked if it is leaky or not, but did not get an answer. Can you direct me to the actual document describing the private placement? A private placement per se is not bad (MVIS just did a very good one), it is the floorless feature which might be hazardous. Zeev
