Direct Broadcast Satellite Industry : Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown initiates coverage of EchoStar Communications (DISH) with a STRONG BUY rating and $50 price target, Hughes Electronics (GMH) with a BUY rating and $30 price target and Pegasus Communications (PGTV) with a BUY rating and $33 price target; says DISH is best positioned, having seized leadership from DIRECTV, sees Hughes as an attractive takeover candidate given potential bidding between News Corp. and EchoStar; thinks PGTV well positioned fundamentally given its exclusive rural focus.
