Delays, warnings, and a nice logo..... That pretty much summarizes the Terry N./ITCO experience. At least they're bright enough to realize that come next summer about 20% of their stock may very well get dumped by a justifiably disappointed, angry, and to a certain degree, vindictive shareholder base. I hope for their sakes that they actually have a growing revenue base by then, or their financial world is going to wobble more than a little bit. (Like rats jumping from a sinking ship, I wonder if we'll see any 144's submitted to the SEC by ITCO insiders prior to the distribution of ITCO shares to INCE and their shareholders; that certainly would be very telling)

We'll have to see what the situation looks like come distribution time, but I'm leaning towards putting distance between myself and ITCO.
