In fact, the confidence of consumers hasn’t been higher since November of 2004. At 121.0, the Rasmussen Index has gained twelve points over the last month. >>> Highest since November of 2004 - when the Republicans last won an election. I'll put this down to people feeling good about the economy, and happy that the GOP is likely to win next month.
