OT - Lynn, the reason ML's site won't let you access their research reports on CSCO is that they (ML) are handling a secondary stock offering for CSCO on Monday. When they are actively underwriting for a company, they generally don't make their analyst's opinions available. That's not to say that a new report isn't in the offing, but I don't think you can count on it.
