I agree with you. XICO makes investment sense now, since they are seeing light at the end of the tunnel! By the end of 1999 if they return to profitability, then 2000 will be a good year and the stock may even trade in the teens! Now even the insider purchases make sense! At that time the stock was dirt cheap at $ 1+.
