t2k: I am sure he will. However you must remember that these professors are really not all that bright. If they were really smart they would be where Gates, Clark,Case or the other scions of the high tec industry are. I am sure MSFT's lawyers have had time to grill him pretty hard to where he will be ready. They probably didn't have enough time to get ready before and they thought that the case was no big deal. Well now that it has been blown all out of proportion I am sure that they will be ready. This guy Fisher really looks like the jerk that he is finally. Imagine Chairman of the outfit that is advising MSFT's enemies and he doesn't have the faintest idea of how people get the browsers off the net. The stock should be going through the roof. Everyday MSFT makes another 2 or 3 announcements about new products or software alliances. This is the greatest company in the world! Unfortunately it is the envy of the world. JFD
